Mr Brown has been a Director of fourteen public companies in Australia across the financial services, investment and resources arenas. He has executed a number of corporate initiatives for these companies ranging from takeovers and mergers, capital returns, public to private delistings and reverse takeover transactions to obtain public listings.

Mr Brown has prepared public company accounts for Australian listed companies for 21 years and acted as Company Secretary for a number of listed entities.
